The Lanier Raceplex arrive-and-drive karting program puts you in the driver’s seat. There are 20 Dino karts available which are quick, highly responsive, and deliver well-balanced handling. 

 

Lanier Raceplex, located across from Road Atlanta, offers a unique karting experience incorporating the banked oval and the paved infield in a road-course track layout . The track configuration is changed often providing an amazing variety of karting experiences. The track length can be varied between 0.3 to 1.2 miles and is typically around 1/2 mile. There are track lights for night driving.

 

Drive at your own pace for the fun of it. Build your experience and you might elect to focus on improving your personal lap times. With more experience you might try for the best lap time among your friends. Or, the best lap time of the session, best of the day, of the week, or overall best for the current track layout. 

 

Adult karting is open to all age 15 and up. For drivers under age 15, and meeting 54" height requirements, a separate session or private event can be arranged. 

 

Kart Rental Pricing (plus tax) 

 

Purchase one race or save with packages of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 races that are recorded under your Lanier karting license. Drive the races in one day or spread them over several days or weeks. Bring your own helmet or use ours. Get the free Lanier Raceplex app for immediate reporting of your lap times.

Details regarding arrive and drive rental kart racing leagues are available on the Race League page. The sprint series and the endurance races will run on Saturday mornings between 8am and Noon; except December will be Noon to 4pm. Be sure to let us know of your interest. A block of track time can be established to run your own karts. It could be an open test and tune program, open kart racing, or a racing league. Let us know of your interests. Please send an email message through the Contact page.

 

 

Programs are available daily by appointment for corporate events, team building experiences, and private parties with or without karting activities. There are nine hospitality suites available for private events: corporate event, employee appreciation, team building experience, birthday, anniversary, bachelor, bachelorette, club meetings, product introduction, community room, or other purpose. 

 

Events could select custom activity plans such as open driving sessions, driver coaching sessions, lapping sessions, or races. It could be a Grand Prix, Mini Grand Prix, Endurance, Mini Endurance, etc. And, with 60 acres, there is space to accommodate a wide range of other non-automotive open-air activities. Please call or email us through the Contact page for further discussion.

 

 

Karting schools and karting camps can be arranged. Individual or group driver training. Car control skills developed driving karts are an excellent foundation for driving on the open road and for track days on full road courses such as at Road Atlanta. Lanier Raceplex is available for organizations to conduct a variety of activities on the 60 Acre property. There are 9 hospitality suites available for meetings, parties, etc. Aside from the track, there are many open areas suitable for non-racing functions such as an outdoor concert, car meet, swap meet, flea market, food truck court, fundraising program, foot run, bicycle run, or other ideas you may have. 

 

 

The track is available for rent for events and private test days. With the fully paved infield, and the track surface designed to provide a smooth transition driving between the banking and the infield, Lanier Raceplex has become Atlanta's most popular venue for drift-car events.
